So sorry to hear the news...............but you did at least carry on, even in the emotional state you were in. :o(
Better to continue even after you knew you had got something wrong.
Better luck with the next one! :thumbsup

Thanks folks.

Sadly, no chance of rum at all either with or without the diet coke tonight as was driving a group of mates to a BBQ... but tomorrow night is a whole different matter ;)

The most important thing you've got going for you Jen is the will to succeed.

Go for it girl, you can crack it!

I'm still hoping that by some miracle I will get a last minute cancellation test before the month is out, but it will take a miracle!

Have you got any other test centres in your area? My nearest is Reading but I tested in Farnborough because they had space, may be worth checking out. :o)

Try Reading & Farnborough (had a quick look on the web but couldn't find the number... at work) and any others near us... Your more than welcome to stay at ours the night before and after.

Oh Jennie :o)) :o)) :o)) :o)) :o))

I just called one of my old trainers and he said that Farnborough (near us) has some slots available before Oct 1st... He said to call 0300 200 1122 and ask for the 'Ghosted Off' slots. He said there has been a problem on the website something to do with the new prices clashing with the old ones.... Call them :o))

Cheers Lindz! :)

Looks like I might be getting a bargain priced yammy 100 soon (one of my mates has a pal who is selling one!) so at least in the meantime I will be able to ride still. :) Hoping to go look at it next week! :o)

Blimey I miss riding!! Can't wait for my mate to come back off his hols so we can see if the yammy is any good / within reach of finances!! (Also need to find out insurance costs.. but am thinking that what I'll save on petrol costs for my daily drive will more than pay for that!!)

Well... I've decided not to get the little bike after all... because... this morning I PASSED MY TEST!!!! YYYEEEEEEEEEEEEHAHARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Just 2 minors... (too close to a parked car, and not in right gear when pulling away)

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!

I booked it yesterday afternoon at 2.30pm and it was at 10.14am at Bletchly, Milton Keynes... so... 7am this morning there I was , on my way... hour and a quarter later and I am sat in Tesco's having bacon and mushrooms on toast and a big mug of hot choccie!

The rest, as they say, is history... coz just around 11.30am I was leaving the test centre with a loverly certificate and the BIGGEST grin in the universe!!!
