On our way down to Portugal, one of the party got a puncture. We got taken to this place and I have never seen such professional care taken over a bike.

All tools were cleaned before and after. All kit was new and up to date. Little touches like putting a paper towel between the socket and the wheel nut - so the nut doesn't get scratched - impressed me.

Also, when he had finished with the torque wrench, he wound it back out - which is what you are supposed to do, but no-one ever does.

And, of course, the puncture was repaired and we had no further trouble from it.
