Took my bike in for service today and the parts person smiled at me and found the information I wanted immediately; another person said they would prepare something for me for collection by lunchtime with my bike and it was there and a third person said they would telephone me when the bike was ready and tell me how much so I could pay on the phone and dash in and collect it at lunchtime. So why am I surpised at these three things ......................... customer service is not always good these days and I just thought I should put it down in black and white and commend the garage ...............it is of course Abingdon Honda! ![[smilie=a_bravo.gif]](./images/smilies/a_bravo.gif "a_bravo")
