:D Took my bike in for service today and the parts person smiled at me and found the information I wanted immediately; another person said they would prepare something for me for collection by lunchtime with my bike and it was there and a third person said they would telephone me when the bike was ready and tell me how much so I could pay on the phone and dash in and collect it at lunchtime. So why am I surpised at these three things ......................... customer service is not always good these days and I just thought I should put it down in black and white and commend the garage ...............it is of course Abingdon Honda! It is nice to hear stories of good service these days. My wife and I have used the same main dealer for our cars for about seven years now without ever having a problem. Just makes you think how lucky you are when you have to go somewhere else and the service is poor.
