JIM WHEELER Ex Gen Sec & Oxford Sec

I don't know how many of you knew him but Jim Wheeler of TW Motorcycles Kidlington and a former Oxford and general secretary HOC passed away on Friday after losing his fight against cancer at the relatively young age of 56. His funeral is at 2.15pm on the 16th of June at Oxford Crematorium.
