The Honda Owners Club

Northants and Milton Keynes Branch are proud to host this at our meeting place (The Ten O'Clock, Little Harrowden) this year.
We are organising a ride that morning to pick up people who want to ride-in with us.

Leaving the Ten O'clock at 10am http://www.northants.hoc.org.uk/meet.html
First pick-up 11am at the Baldock Services (junction of A1 and A507) - approx 45 miles
Second pick-up 12.15 at the BP petrol station on the A45 roundabout just north of Raunds - 85 miles
Arrive at The Ten O'clock at 12.45 - approx 95 miles in total

Hope that's OK with everyone.

People are welcome to make their own way to the pub if they want. But it'd be nice to all arrive together

Dinner is £7.95 for main and desert or £6.95 for main only.
Choice of chicken, beef or vegetarian for main and ice cream or cheesecake for desert.

I must have numbers and and main course choices by Wednesday 16th please - e-mail your choices to me at chairman@northants.hoc.org.uk
This is so that we can let Jim, in the kitchen, plan the cooking.
Diners will need to order and pay for their meals at the bar when they get there.
Tickets will be given so that no-one gets forgotten.

Does anyone know where the London branch will be holding their 'Roast'? I emailed them a couple of weeks ago, but have not had a reply.

I presume you mean North London Barry, as they were the only London branch on the event listing.

Perhaps it's a secret or are they are trying to tell you something?

Being everso sociable those of the North London branch who normally join in the Sunday roast run have for the past 4 years joined Cambridge, Bedford and Northampton branch events . Perhaps Strytchy can tell us if this is the case this year.

First Essex, now North London Just as well my 'other club' have a B-B-Q at East Mersey on Sunday, or I suppose I could always join the BMW crowd at the Shoulder of Mutton, Colchester for their monthly lunch.

We currently are being joined by Bedfordshire, Cambridge, North London and West London Branches

I have been told that 67 Sunday roasts will be required (2:1 in favour of beef over chicken and no vege )
If anyone else wants to join us, please just pop along and say hello

That is great news to see such a good turnout Stritchy!..Ive researched the weather and me fir cones and sea weed tell me it will be a good day weather wise! temp 18-20 degrees and broken sunshine!! Thats why Im coming!!

67 is an excellent turnout!

Sounds like there's going to be a shortage of cows in Northamptonshire .

I'll be there...

There has been a suggestion that I only attend HOC events where food is involved. Probably true though went to Northants twice for Quiz and chips and the HOC Roast last year.

Cant make the ride around but will be there for me dinner ----- HOC ----- Food does sound familiar.

Just to say - to those intending on coming along tomorrow - bring bulging purses and wallets as I shall have lots of loverly regalia available!!!

I really enjoyed today. Thanks to the Northants branch for organizing.
