Although all of the allocated caravans have been booked, if you would like to attend the National Rally please drop Ruth a line (contact details at http://www.hoc.org.uk/2009National.html) and she will do her best to get you a caravan.
We recently did just that for a Northants & MK Branch member, it was slightly more than the advertised price (which where heavily discounted) but still very good.

There are loads of camping pitches still available.

If you are going and want National Rally 2009 clothing, you must purchase it before the rally.
Rally sweatshirts, polo shirts and t-shirts WILL NOT be available to buy over the weekend.
You must order it before 1st August otherwise you wont get anything.

Please go to http://www.hoc.org.uk/2009National.html and purchase it on-line using PayPal or a credit card, alternatively, complete the form in the last Golden Wing and sent it to Ruth with a cheque.

Thanks

Please be aware that if anyone books directly with the Wild Duck will not get automatic entry to The Barn for the HOC entertainment.
The caravan and camping pitch prices have a small amount built in to cover the cost of the buffet, disco, live band and other entertainment that we are laying on.
However, a pass will be on sale for £5, this is also available for day visitors.

Please go to http://www.hoc.org.uk/2009National.html for contact details.

Thanks

Nicola and I are just starting to get excited, only 3 weeks to go [smilie=a_tongue.gif]

Will be our 1st National so it's all new and sparkly and stuff

I have a question though that I can't find a answer to (probably missing something obvious) but has there been an itinery posted :?: The most important question of which is what time can we book in from on the Friday :?: after all, everthing else can wait till we get there ;o)

See you all very soon

There is a Rally Booklet being produced (I'll be designing it tonight :o0 ) which will have all the information in it :o))
This is going to be sent out to all participants hopefully at the weekend.
The website will also have the details nearer the time.

We're getting excited too [smilie=a_yumdumdoodledum.gif] [smilie=banana.gif] [smilie=a_goodjob.gif]

National Rally booklets, containing information about the weekend, have been sent to everyone that we had a postal address for.
If you are going and don't receive your booklet this weekend, please contact the person that booked your accommodation, they've been sent extra copies.

Day passes for visitors will be on sale. It's only £5 and gains you access to all the facilities and the HOC entertainment - the pass lasts for all 4 days.
If you'd like to camp, pitches can be purchased all weekend.

Look forward to seeing you there :o))
