Hi All, Ive' been trying to find out if its possible to fit A.B.S to my 1999 Hornet 600 but apparently its' not. But i found this web site (http://www.tcbbrakesystems.com/.) they manufacture a 'Banjo bolt' which you fit to the braking system and it acts like A.B.S has anybody seen this product.

You must be joking. Apart from the fact that it would invalidate your insurance (Oh, I just modified an essential item of safety), anything that makes my brakes feel MORE spongy (which that seems to do) is not a good idea.

OK, it doesn't add air into the system, but the effect is the same.

They also have some inaccurate facts on there too.

So, no, I would not recommend it.

I must admit to have seen a few fitted to monkey bikes on runs this year. You might as well just leave an air bubble in your brake line when you're bleeding your brakes, it would have the same effect. Personally I would avoid.
