Surely we already get at least days off each non-leap year, as there are only 28 days in February

Huh? So, if you assume 31 days in every month, we must get the 29-31st Feb, 31 april, 31st June and 31st September. That's 6 extra days off.

Of course, in leap years, we only get 5 extra days.

[This is getting a bit silly]

If Feb 29th falls at the weekend then we should be owed a day, as we would have been having a day off in anycase and therefore we should be entitled to a day off in lieu to make up for the loss of "our free day"

I thought this was going to be a thread about women proposing to men on the 29th :(

Mind you I am married so would have had to politely decline.

From the times on some of the posts, it is easy to assume that some of you were at work whilst viewing the Forum. Were you being paid at the time?

Nice one Barry. I didn't spot that, despite having to continuously remind one of the young ladies in my employ that messing about on Facebook was not in her job description.
