Out with the old, in with the new(ish)

Postby al-n-di on Thu Jun 19, 2008 9:02 am

Just sold the ST1300 Pan and have returned to the Blackbird, one day I swear I will settle on one bike, thank God I'm not rich, the garage would be bulging at the seams!

Good choice ;o) - I think it is a stunning bike and gives you everything. Was speaking to Gary (the ad guy at Honda) and he says since they had to discontinue the Blackbird (non complient to European Exhuast Emmission rules) they have had more complaints than on anything else they have announced! But he wouldn't tell me what they are going to replace it with!

Looks nice Al. Is that a standard finish or has she been treated to an aftermarket paint job :?:

Looks great, congratulations Al.

Don't worry about a replacement for the Blackbird though, it's on its way!

Thanks and no, its a standard paint job, I've been waiting for a low miles one to come up for ages. I think silver wheels would have matched better, but it looks nice.

Cheers, Al
