NEC Show Starts Thursday

Postby Dibble on Wed Nov 21, 2007 10:15 am

Hi there its that time of year again and the NEC will be opening its doors to thousands of bikers from all over.

We have a stand in hall 3 (cc1) and would welcome your visit especially if you want to join the club now.

Those of you who have volunteered to man the stand for us and for Honda UK it is requested you wear one of the Living the Dream T shirts that the club have. These are available on the club stand (and are being paid for by Honda and the HOC for staff only). If you wish to purchase your own club shirt or any other regalia item they will be available at the stand also.

I am there This Thursday then again next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so hope I might meet a few of you.

 Well worth a visit! Had great fun meetings lots of folk for the last three days ..... stand looks good - well done to Phil, Rona and Alan. Love the DVD that is showing the continuous roll of pictures (must remember to avoid any cameras in future!). Well done to all involved.

Was there helping out on the Honda stand last Thursday and Friday and thoroughly enjoyed myself even though it was exhausting (umm... confusion reigned supreme re which Thurs & Friday I was s'posed to be there...  soo... I've put in some extra hours at the orifice and blagged a day off 'in lieu' and am heading there again tomorrow for the day :D Love it! Have to say though, I think the Club stand is in a dreadful position - just hope Rona & Phil's eardrums survive the week!! (and all those who help out too!)

Lovely to see Erica and Gerald again, and to meet Alan et al too.

See you there tomorrow!

I'll be down on Sat & Sun with some more location leaflets (I didn't realise how popular they would be)

Was good to spend the Thursday 29 Nov at the show and 2 hours on the Honda Stand with dibble was a great opportunity to chat to the 'Punters'. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and good to see some of the old faces! Rona and Phil, Graham and a few others!

I agree the HOC stand location not ideal but the show was, as always, well worth the effort!..Oh and I got the best day for riding the 90 miles on me Triumph! 8) :)
