i need 4 carbuettor float bowl gaskets the O-ring type for my 1992 cb sevenfifty f2n. i have rang david silver and you cannot get the geskets only you have perchace a full service kit for each carb and they are about £35 each. does anyone know where i can get pattern kits or the geskets ?

not realy sure who you can try but to be honest are they bad ,, my 750 is 26 years old and on the originals and they are fine ,, if the bikes been stood for a while soak them in petrol as it makes them swell a bit,,, or use a bit of hylomar or something spread around them ,, unless of course they are split

If the seals are O rings, Loctite do an 'O'Ring Kit, which is ideal for this type of thing. Legths of O ring material cut to length and bond

For my old RF600- I went to a local trade supplier, and he gave me a box of O rings to sort through - ended up costing me 10p....Suzuki wanted £9.50 - IF and WHEN they could locate one.. :shock:
pays to shop around!
