hi people im new on the site, ive owned a few hondas in my life, and i just bought a 650 nx scrammy, when i got it it was revving at 2000 rpm, so i decided to turn the idle screw down, she sneezes and the cuts out, the guy use to use it every day.and said he never had a problemb with it, apart fron ecu, which is new, and a spark plug,
could it be the carb,,,,, thanks

Sounds like it could be a problem with the idle circuit in the carb. May just require a tweaking of the slow running mixture screw. The slightly high idle speed may be masking the poor adjustment.
