You should be able to get indicators from David Silver Spares. The were a standard fit in chrome finish plastic when new.

What is that mileage you have given?????????? Or is the number of yards it has covered?????

After this full service (whatever that means) you will only need to keep a check on most things and then change the oil and filter at each 4000 the plugs at each 8000. Very little else to do on the service front as everything on the bike was hydraulic self adjusting stuff and therefore keeps itself at optimum tension on cam chain and gaps on valves. If it starts to really rattle then it will probably need replacing as no further adjustment will be available. Thats why these were such brilliant machines you just had to ride and feed them like women really. (ducking now)

I will check the milage properly when im next out on the bike but im pretty sure that's rite.

Full service means a full service, EVERYTHING sorting. fork seals (think they might need doing) etc

It has not had a slight rattle since i have owned it tbh the engine sounds spot on.

Ride safe
